ABOUT OUR ARM ROAST
Like our chuck roast, the arm roast is a smaller cut that hails from the front of the beef and is also in the low and slow club. This cut is smaller than our chuck roast and would do great for a smaller roast meal or cut up for stew meat. This cut excels braised or roasted when cooked slowly with a layer of flavors including a base of fresh herbs, bone broths, and real stock.
