ABOUT OUR CHUCK STEAKS
This large primal cut comes from the shoulder area and yields cuts known for their rich, beefy flavor. We call this cut the poor man's ribeye, as it is found near the ribeye, just a little less tender. With a little marinade, you'll be happy with this 3/4" thick cut on the grill for some reasonably priced weeknight steaks with friends.
