ABOUT OUR BONE-IN RIBEYES

The ribeye is located at the upper part of the back near the shoulder. This is where some of the most tender meat comes from. Plus, by leaving the bone in, the flavor is deepened even more. 

This naturally marbled cut leaves plenty for the natural juices to shine through like a rockstar when this cut is cooked on the grill. Nothing fancy needed for this one, just enjoy it on the grill on a nice evening with some mashed potatoes, veggies, and a glass of red wine. Drooling yet?
